Dr. Rosenbaum is a fully licensed Clinical Psychologist in the State of Michigan and the founder and President of TheraSupport Behavioral Health and Wellness. He received his Doctoral degree from the University of West Virginia. Dr. Rosenbaum’s clinical experience includes working for the Bureau of Prisons in the State of Michigan, providing individual psychotherapy, conducting mental health examinations, and Social Security evaluations for the State of Michigan. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, Brain Injury Association of Michigan, American Brain Injury Association, and International Society of Neuronal Regulation.
Additionally, Dr. Rosenbaum provides clinical supervision and oversite to Limited Licensed Master Level Psychologists.
Lora Rosenbaum works to provide strong organizational support for TheraSupport Behavioral Health and Wellness employees and participants while creating a dynamic business culture. With a wealth of experience owning and partnering with local small business, her goals and passions is to be a steward to the community by advocating for and providing traumatic brain injury and mental health services that focus on the whole body and mind. Lora has extensive training in Yoga and Meditation and knows the benefits of bringing therapeutic programs to the community and creating access to more people.
Geoff Byron serves as the Program Director. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan – Dearborn and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. Geoff has experience in strategic planning and positioning, program development and performance management, risk management, and revenue cycle. In addition to his administrative role, he continues to work with participants on a one-to-one basis in the home and community as he has for over two decades.
Keri Ellis is a fully licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Michigan and a National Certified Counselor. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Eastern Michigan and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Michigan University. She has nearly a decade of providing private practice and community based therapy. Keri specializes in Traumatic Brain Injury, co-occurring disorders, anxiety, and mood disorders. An eclectic approach is used with a primary focus on cognitive-behavioral and person-centered treatment. Keri provides individual therapy.
Additionally, Keri provides clinical supervision to Limited Licensed Master Level Professional Counselors in the State of Michigan.
Dr. Marcia Johnson is a board certified Clinical Neuropsychologist. She earned her Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. Dr. Johnson studied and graduated from the Georgia School of Professional Psychology. Her internship was conducted at Vanderbilt University/ VA TN, and Valley Healthcare System (APA), TN. Dr. Johnson conducted her fellowship in Neuropsychology and Rehabilitation Psychology with Consortium for Advanced Psychology Training at Michigan State University – Flint, in Medical Education. Her clinical interests are Dementia, Traumatic Brain Injury, Medical Education, Neuropsychological Assessment, Psychology support for organ transplant, and Neurosurgical patients.
Laverne Santangelo is a fully Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Michigan. She earned a Master’s degree from Oakland University. She has worked in a variety of treatment settings which has developed and enhanced her clinical knowledge in individual and group therapy settings. Laverne specializes in substance-use, women’s issues, depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders and utilizes person-centered, cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, and holistic approaches to treatment. She is a military retiree and has experience providing counseling service to our veterans.
Additionally, Laverne is a certified Yoga Instructor and is certified in Trauma-Informed Yoga.
Christy Delph has more than two decades of managing clinical office operations and billing.
Jennifer Greca graduated with both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from Eastern Michigan University. She has worked in a variety of settings such as skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and outpatient clinics. Jennifer provides individual and group therapy. Her clinical interests include working with patients who have experienced Traumatic Brain Injury along with other neurological etiologies.
Additionally, Jennifer has experience with providing clinical supervision to those completing Master level internships.
Caroline earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Grand Valley State University, transitioning from a lengthy career in philanthropy. Her OT experience is primarily with the adult and geriatric population with a variety of physical and neurological diagnoses; additionally, she provided consulting services and home modification recommendations to no-fault auto claimants. Caroline was drawn to the role at TheraSupport due to its focus on holistic and individualized care, and especially the opportunity for creative exploration of meaningful occupations. She provides individual and group therapy sessions as well as focusing on in-home and community-based participation.
Cindy Spear earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Eastern Michigan and is a Registered Social Service Technician in the State of Michigan. She has nearly a decade of experience working with individuals with a Traumatic Brain Injury and diagnosed mental health disorders. Prior to her role as Lead Care Coordinator, she worked as a direct care staff and scheduler. As Lead Care Coordinator, she oversees all the Supported Independent Living participants’ plans of care to ensure continuity of care. Cindy’s favorite part in the position is seeing participants work hard, make progress, and meet their goals.
Alyssa Cook is an integral part of the organization and leadership that directs our caring and competent direct care staff team members. As the immediate supervisor for the direct care staff, she is also responsible for generating the weekly schedule for all clinical, professional, and para-professional staff.
Celsi Bonar is an integral part of the organization and leadership that directs our caring and competent direct care staff team members. As the Assistant Program Manager, she provides supervision to the direct care staff, and is also responsible for generating the weekly schedule forclinical, professional, and para-professional staff as well as working 1:1 with our participants in the
home and community.
