A psychological practice specializing in rehabilitation services. We offer neuropsychological testing and psychological examinations as well as individual therapies designed to facilitate recovery. Psychological Evaluations We administer a full range of psychological assessments including: neuropsychological testing, clinical psychological evaluations, cognitive testing, and vocational evaluations. We use the latest revisions of test instruments, and have a well-qualified staff of Masters level evaluators working under the supervision of a licensed psychologist. We administer the complete Halstead-Reitan neuropsychological test battery. Psychotherapy A wide spectrum of psychotherapy services is offered including: behavior therapy, supportive counseling, cognitive therapy, and self-knowledge-oriented conversation psychotherapy. EEG Neurofeedback We specialize in innovative treatment including EEG Neurofeedback. This is a non-invasive, non-pharmaceutical approach to healing and recovery. Brainwave training is used to increase neurological flexibility and resilience. EEG Neurofeedback enhances attention, stabilizes mood, strengthens cognition, aids in sleep, assists in pain management, and improves well-being. EEG Neurofeedback is a transformational process shown to facilitate recovery from brain injury, and other forms of brain dysregulation. We use the NeuroCarePro (www.zengar.com), Roshi, Lexicor (www.lexicor.org), and Neurocybernetics (www.eegspectrum.com) equipment. QEEG Quantitative Electroencephalography (QEEG) is a measurement of cortical electrical brainwave activity performed at nineteen different locations. Normative database information is utilized for comparison and analysis. The procedure is a helpful tool in diagnosis of brain injury, to measure progress in therapy, to assist medication decision-making, and to help in selection of type of EEG Neurofeedback training. We use the Lexicor (www.lexicor.com)instrumentation for this evaluation procedure. Thomas S. Rosenbaum Ph.D. C.P.Q. Licensed Psychologist Email: rosenbaum@provide.net
